Demolished. Surviving art from the Diana Court can be viewed at the Art Institute of Chicago.
The building spanned an entire block enclosed by E. Grand Ave, N. Rush St, E. Ohio St, and N. Michigan Ave (except for a frontage of 23 feet N. Rush St and E. Grand Ave).

The Michigan Square Building was built on a location where almost thirty structures stood prior to its construction. Most of these structures were two or three-story homes.
