علت دیگر شرایط فعلی کشور است. در حال حاضر همه کشورهای جهان درگیر ویروس کرونا و خرید واکسن این بیماری برای مردم کشورشان هستند. با توجه به اینکه کشور ما خود یکی از تولیدکنندگان واکسن نیست، باید برای واردات آن اقدام کند. بنابراین دولت باید بخشی از بودجه یال آینده را به خرید واکسن کرونا اختصاص دهد. به همین دلیل جایی برای فکر کردن درباره آزاد شدن یا نشدن واردات خودرو باقی نخواهد ماند. پس می‌توان گفت که حداقل تا زمان ریشه کن شدن ویروس کرونا و عادی شدن شرایط نمی‌توان انتظاری برای آزاد شدن واردات خودروهای خارجی داشت.
