There are many ways to get help directly from Canvas.  Click on the Question Mark icon on the lower left side of your screen. 

• Search the online guides Links to an external site..
• Ask the NU Canvas Chatbot your question - it will either provide a relevant answer or create a request on your behalf for the Northwestern Canvas support team.
• Need to talk to a person right away? Chat with a support agent. Links to an external site.
• Call Canvas Support at the phone number listed in the Help button within Canvas (on the far left side of your Canvas pages).

Phone and chat support are the fastest and easiest ways to have your problem addressed.

At any point in the help process, Canvas will pass along issues that are unique to Northwestern to NUIT, so please start with Canvas's help options and they will pass along issues to NUIT as necessary.
