Integrate Cengage publisher materials with your Canvas course, including MindTap. By adding Cengage to a Canvas course:

Instructors and students can access Cengage resources directly in Canvas.
Instructors can use a content selector to incorporate Cengage content links to Modules and Assignments in Canvas.
Instructors can also set up an automatic synchronization, sending grades from Cengage assignments and activates to the Canvas grade book.

Adding Cengage to a Canvas Course

Click on the Learning Apps tab on the left hand course navigation. If this tab does not appear, click on Settings at the bottom of the left hand navigation, and then click Navigation in the top bar to locate and enable the Learning Apps tab). NOTE: Disregard the message about valid tool settings; this occurs because Cengage does not appear on the left course navigation.
Locate Cengage and click install.
To activate Cengage in your course, click on Modules on the left navigation panel. Click on the three dots next to the blue + Module button and select Cengage LTI Advantage. When you click on the tab for the first time, you will be prompted to create an instructor account or to log in to your existing account.
