  • Laptop:
    • First install:
      • “Mersive solstice download” 
      • Download version appropriate for your OS (Windows, Mac OS, etc)
      • Install and run Mersive solstice (enter placeholder display name if necessary)
      • Attempt to connect to a display - this will often prompt you to give Solstice permissions like screen recording, file sharing, etc.
      • Solstice app may need to be restarted multiple times as you enable different permissions. 
      • You may also need to go into device settings to make sure everything is enabled.
    • Instructions for use:
      • Select wireless on Crestron touch screen panel
      • Wait for Solstice page to appear on monitor/projector screen - IP address listed on Crestron touch panel may not be correct
      • Enter IP address (typically in the top right corner) into the search bar at the top of the Solstice app on your laptop
      • Enter the screen key on the Solstice page when prompted to connect
      • Select “screen mirroring” and proceed to test video & audio
      • Mac users can additionally connect via Airplay, which will involve entering the screen key again when prompted
  • Phone/tablet:
    • First install:
      • Download Mersive solstice from app store
      • Launch & enable permissions as needed
    • Instructions for use:
      • Select wireless on Crestron touch screen panel
      • Wait for Solstice page to appear on monitor/projector screen - IP address listed on Crestron panel may not be correct
      • Enter IP address (typically in the top right corner) into the search bar at the top of the Solstice app on your device
      • Enter the screen key on the Solstice page when prompted to connect
      • Select “screen mirroring” - 
        • iPhone/iPad users need to swipe down and access the Airplay menu, where the Solstice display you are connecting to will appear
        • Enter the screen key when prompted to enter a passcode
      • Proceed to test video & audio
