Mersive Solstice instructions

“Mersive solstice download”
Download version appropriate for your OS (Windows, Mac OS, etc)
Install and run Mersive solstice (enter placeholder display name if necessary)
Attempt to connect to a display - this will often prompt you to give Solstice permissions like screen recording, file sharing, etc.
Solstice app may need to be restarted multiple times as you enable different permissions.
You may also need to go into device settings to make sure everything is enabled.

Select wireless on Crestron touch screen panel
Wait for Solstice page to appear on monitor/projector screen - IP address listed on Crestron touch panel may not be correct
Enter IP address (typically in the top right corner) into the search bar at the top of the Solstice app on your laptop
Enter the screen key on the Solstice page when prompted to connect
Select “screen mirroring” and proceed to test video & audio
Mac users can additionally connect via Airplay, which will involve entering the screen key again when prompted

Wait for Solstice page to appear on monitor/projector screen - IP address listed on Crestron panel may not be correct
Enter IP address (typically in the top right corner) into the search bar at the top of the Solstice app on your device
Enter the screen key on the Solstice page when prompted to connect
Select “screen mirroring” -

iPhone/iPad users need to swipe down and access the Airplay menu, where the Solstice display you are connecting to will appear
Enter the screen key when prompted to enter a passcode
