Scheduling a Zoom Meeting Through the Zoom Website
Instructors should schedule their own Zoom meetings so that recorded meetings are connected to their own Zoom and Panopto accounts.
- To begin, go to Northwestern's Zoom login page Links to an external site.. Log in with your NetID and password. On the Zoom homepage, click Schedule a Meeting at the center top of your screen.
- A new page will load with a number of options as discussed on the previous page.
- A completed meeting scheduling page looks like this:
- Click the blue Save button to schedule the meeting. After you have saved the meeting, you can access and change these options by clicking on the meeting name in the list of meetings, scrolling down, and clicking Edit this Meeting.
