Possible Error Messages When Accessing Zoom

One common error message users receive when trying to access Zoom is caused by a disconnect between Northwestern's Zoom account and Canvas. If you (or any students) have never used Zoom before, you may see an error message stating "Invalid Account" when you click the Zoom link in the Canvas course.

To remedy this, log in to Northwestern's Zoom login Links to an external site. page.

After signing in, you can return to Canvas and use the Zoom link.
