Zoom Webinars

Northwestern IT is able to provide webinar licenses by request for events up to a capacity of 500. Most NU users' needs will be met by the standard meeting license.

In addition, we have one 1,000-seat license that can be provided if capacity is expected beyond 500. The request form will secure a webinar for your event and will be provided at least four weeks prior to your event date. If the request is made less than four weeks before your event, we will provide the webinar license immediately. Existing Zoom Meetings can be upgraded to a Webinar as well, in case the event needs have changed or capacity has grown beyond the 300-seat capacity of a meeting.
