Attend a Meeting

To join a Zoom meeting scheduled in Canvas, students should first follow these instructions to ensure they are logged in to the Zoom app with their NetID and password: https://kb.northwestern.edu/99173

Attend a Zoom Meeting in Canvas

Students can join a Zoom meeting in Canvas in one of three ways:

1. Click on the Zoom tab on the left hand navigation in the Canvas course, locate the meeting, and click Join. (recommended in the event the meeting has a password)
2. Click on the Syllabus tab on the left hand navigation of the Canvas course, find the meeting name.
3. Click on the meeting on the Canvas calendar and click the Join link.
